Senior Visual Product Designer – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee the visual design for a consumer-oriented website redesign project.

• Design and enhance the homepage and product page user experiences.

• Create refined, high-quality visual design solutions.

• Utilize principles of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Develop responsive web experiences compatible with various screen sizes.

• Convert requirements and feedback into innovative design solutions.

• Work closely with the client team and make rapid iterations based on feedback.

• Utilize Figma to create and improve design concepts.

• Prepare design files and specifications that are ready for production and development handoff.

• Maintain a high standard of visual quality and meticulous attention to detail throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Product Design, Visual Product Design, Digital Design, or a closely related discipline.

• Strong visual design skills and a well-developed aesthetic sense.

• Background in visual and digital design, specifically in creating polished consumer-facing digital experiences.

• Demonstrated experience in designing websites, homepages, product pages, or similar digital formats.

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual Product Design and digital design work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• In-depth understanding of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in responsive web design.

• Ability to efficiently translate feedback into design iterations.

• Experience in producing designs that are ready for production and aiding the development handoff.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Located in LATAM.

• Available to start immediately.

• Committed for the project's duration, approximately until mid-November.

• Experience in a digital, branding, creative, or design agency setting (Nice to Have).

• Previous involvement in consumer-facing website redesigns (Nice to Have).

• Experience in designing both marketing websites and digital products (Nice to Have).

• Strong background in responsive web design (Nice to Have).

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams (Nice to Have).
