This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create interaction flows and UI components that empower brokers and agency leaders to effectively engage with crucial data, including production trends, contracting discrepancies, and commission challenges.
• Transform intricate datasets and reports into straightforward, user-friendly workflows, visualizations, and controls.
• Conduct interviews for discovery and usability testing; leverage insights to inform design choices and validate UX patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver features throughout the entire product lifecycle, from prototypes to post-launch enhancements.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow, encompassing research synthesis, rapid prototyping, and exploring various design avenues.
• Assist in shaping the daily operations of the design and product team with AI integration.
• Contribute reusable components, interaction patterns, and comprehensive documentation to Spark's design system.
• Implement and enhance information architecture and navigation frameworks to minimize cognitive load and facilitate user decision-making.
• Play a role in revolutionizing healthcare technology for Medicare advisors, brokers, and beneficiaries.
• 4-6+ years of experience in designing web-based B2B SaaS or internal tools, focusing on complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces.
• A portfolio is required: candidates should be prepared to present end-to-end projects, design decision processes, user research, user flows, and production UI outputs.
• Proficient in Figma and enthusiastic about working with and advancing AI-assisted design workflows.
• Experience in contributing to a design system, including components, patterns, and documentation.
• Strong grasp of information architecture and the ability to structure data-heavy experiences for improved clarity.
• Solid foundation in UX principles and craftsmanship, with a developing aptitude for systems thinking.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale based on user and business insights.
• Must operate from an approved location within the U.S.; international remote work is not supported.
