Senior Visual Product Designer – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the visual design for a consumer-oriented website overhaul

• Create and enhance experiences for the homepage and product pages

• Develop refined, high-quality visual design solutions

• Implement principles of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy

• Design responsive web experiences tailored for various screen sizes

• Convert requirements and feedback into insightful design solutions

• Collaborate intimately with the client team and adapt quickly based on input

• Utilize Figma to create and refine design concepts

• Prepare design files and specifications that are ready for production and development handoff

• Ensure a high standard of visual quality and meticulous attention to detail throughout the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in Product Design, Visual Product Design, Digital Design, or a similar field

• Exceptional visual design skills and a well-developed aesthetic sensibility

• Background in visual and digital design, specifically in crafting polished consumer-oriented digital experiences

• Demonstrated experience in designing websites, homepages, product pages, or equivalent digital experiences

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant visual Product Design and digital design work

• Advanced proficiency in Figma

• In-depth understanding of typography, composition, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy

• Experience with responsive web design

• Capacity to efficiently convert feedback into design iterations

• Proven experience in creating production-ready designs and facilitating development handoff

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Located in LATAM

• Available to start immediately

• Available for the project's duration, approximately until mid-November

• Preferred: experience in a digital, branding, creative, or design agency setting

• Preferred: prior experience with consumer-facing website redesigns

• Preferred: experience in designing both marketing websites and digital products

• Preferred: strong background in responsive web design

• Preferred: experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams
