This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Assist Tier I specialists by addressing intricate tax and platform inquiries

• Interact with clients through chat and screen sharing to resolve tax-related issues and guide them in using online tools

• Diagnose technical problems and assist clients in navigating the online tax preparation process

• Conduct research and interpret federal and state tax laws, regulations, and procedures

• Utilize proprietary tools and resources to provide prompt, precise, and friendly support

• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and enhance the client experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

• Over 3 years of tax experience, including relevant coursework or an accounting background

• More than 2 years of customer service experience in a dynamic environment

• Strong written, verbal, and video communication abilities

• Attention to detail and clarity

• A genuine passion for assisting others and simplifying complex subjects

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities
