Senior Video/Animation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Produce around 15-second video and animation materials for technology platform launches and marketing campaigns.

• Create demonstration videos and on-screen technology content for a significant conference launch.

• Animate current UI/UX designs and Figma files to highlight platform capabilities.

• Construct mock platforms and simulated platform experiences when real interfaces are not accessible or appropriate.

• Convert scripts into visual narratives using stock footage, screen recordings, animations, and platform excerpts.

• Generate marketing-oriented video snippets utilizing stock footage, screen captures, and platform showcases.

• Collaborate with the team to grasp platform functionalities and visually convey them.

• Independently handle rapid-turnaround, ad hoc projects.

• Keep editable source files for ongoing use and updates.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and appropriate video/animation software to create and enhance assets.

• Support other ad hoc video and animation design projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-to-senior-level experience as a Video, Motion, and/or Animation Designer.

• Solid experience in producing short-form videos, motion graphics, animations, and marketing-centered visual content.

• Proficiency in Figma is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other video/animation software.

• Experience in animating UI/UX designs, Figma files, mockups, or digital product interfaces.

• Capability to create editable video and animation files for ongoing collaboration and future revisions.

• Strong skills in visual storytelling and the ability to translate scripts and product functionalities into succinct video content.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage quick-turnaround, ad hoc creative requests.

• Availability during September and throughout the contract duration to assist with time-sensitive launch and conference deliverables.

• Experience with stock footage and assets, screen recordings, and digital product demonstrations.

• Comfort in creating video designs for technology platforms and working with teams to comprehend product functionalities without directly managing UI/UX design.

• Must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is situated, without requiring employer sponsorship.
