Senior Video Editor, YouTube Channel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with a focus on pacing and maintaining audience engagement.

• Develop and enhance the structure of voiceovers and the flow of narratives.

• Create captivating trailers and short-form edits derived from long-form content.

• Collaborate with the team to uphold and elevate a cohesive editorial style.

• Deliver high-quality edits promptly while adhering to deadlines.

• Organize tasks, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

• Produce premium, narrative-driven content in real estate, lifestyle, vlogs, day-in-the-life segments, and behind-the-scenes footage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in DaVinci Resolve (primary editing tool).

• Capability to work remotely using Parsec and operate Apple Studio systems.

• Strong and stable internet connection to ensure a smooth remote workflow.

• Comfortable navigating a server-based environment.

• Strong storytelling abilities and skills in narrative development.

• Good understanding of music selection, sound design, and editing pacing.

• Familiarity with YouTube content dynamics and strategies for audience retention.

• Ability to contribute creative ideas while adhering to an established style.

• Full-time position with a dedicated focus on company projects.

• Experience with structured editing workflows, shared storage systems, and high-volume footage is highly desirable.
