Video Production Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various departments on both pre- and post-production tasks.

• Review raw footage and curate selects that align with each video's narrative and creative vision.

• Edit promotional videos for the website, YouTube, and additional digital channels.

• Incorporate captions, titles, branding elements, and graphics into videos.

• Provide assistance with audio mixing and sourcing music and sound effects.

• Manage quick edits and contribute to larger-scale projects.

• Oversee the organization of media assets, ensuring accurate tagging and metadata.

• Enhance storytelling techniques through video editing to effectively represent the brand and engage the audience.

• Strengthen skills in creating title graphics.

• Improve asset management capabilities by organizing video content with metadata.

• Advance audio editing skills, focusing on isolating and minimizing background noise.

• Acquire experience working alongside a creative marketing team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at an accredited college or university.

• Availability to work remotely for 20 hours per week, from January 11 - May 7, 2027.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.

• Familiar with DaVinci Resolve.

• Pursuing a degree in media arts, video production, or a related field.

• Demonstrates a passion for video storytelling and creativity in editing.

• Knowledge of basic video and audio editing techniques.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently.

• Exhibits a positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to learn.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of managing a varied workload in a fast-paced setting.
