Junior Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Transform raw footage into engaging video content that aligns with the brand and its messaging.

• Collaborate with producers and team members to grasp project requirements and timelines.

• Assist in the selection of audio, graphics, and additional elements to elevate the final product.

• Keep project files organized and ensure that all edits are properly backed up and documented.

• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in software.

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions for new projects.

• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting tight deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable tools.

• Basic understanding of motion graphics and visual effects is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for visual storytelling.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setting.

• Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback.

• A portfolio displaying previous video editing work is preferred.
