This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete design process from strategic planning and research to execution.

• Create and present design insights and solutions that improve product usability and enhance brand experience.

• Work collaboratively with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to co-create design briefs and convert requirements into actionable design goals.

• Generate UX/UI outputs including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

• Conduct and analyze user research, usability tests, and market trends.

• Guide and mentor junior designers.

• Uphold brand and accessibility standards across all digital platforms.

• Engage in design reviews, showcase concepts, and persuade stakeholders.

• Investigate new tools, methodologies, and trends to enhance design quality.

• Assist the Health Information Systems Business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field AND four (4) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in healthcare or regulated sectors; OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.

• Expertise in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

• Strong knowledge of design systems, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design principles.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to influence and align varied stakeholders.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Travel requirement: 10%.
