This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns for product interfaces.
• Design essential features and detailed interaction states.
• Prototype workflows to validate assumptions prior to engineering commitment.
• Incorporate user feedback into the design process early enough to shape direction.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the entire development cycle.
• Convey design intent and address implementation queries.
• Remain engaged during delivery to avoid significant design drift.
• Appropriately utilize DTU's shared design system.
• Highlight design-system gaps to the system maintainer.
• Collaborate effectively across the boundaries of UX and visual design.
• Senior: Take ownership of a product surface or significant feature area from start to finish.
• Senior: Contribute to product strategy and question scope and prioritization.
• Senior: Plan and execute user research, synthesizing findings into actionable decisions.
• Senior: Add interaction patterns and library support to the design system.
• Senior: Identify dependencies between product areas and involve stakeholders before finalizing decisions.
• Regular UX Designer: Minimum of two years of UX design experience.
• Regular UX Designer: Portfolio showcasing strong work in flows, wireframes, and interaction design.
• Proficient in Figma.
• Capable of collaborating with engineers throughout the implementation process.
• Able to clearly communicate design decisions.
• Some familiarity with design or development tools is a genuine advantage.
• Senior UX Designer: Minimum of five years of UX design experience.
• Senior UX Designer: Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex product interfaces.
• Able to manage a design problem from research through to delivery.
• Capable of articulating the rationale behind decisions at every stage.
• Proficient in Figma to a professional standard.
• Strong understanding of the designer-developer workflow.
• Comfortable designing for technically savvy users.
• Experience with design tools, developer tools, or B2B software is a significant advantage.
• Background in larger product teams is highly relevant.
