This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for product design.

• Transform business and user requirements into well-defined user journeys and interfaces.

• Manage and uphold design systems.

• Perform usability testing and integrate user feedback.

• Collaborate with developers to produce user-friendly, responsive, and accessible software products.

• Assist in developer handoff and conduct implementation reviews.

• Confirm personal accountability for the delivered product designs and be prepared to present your work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in UI/UX or product design.

• Proven experience in independently designing software products utilized by actual users, along with a portfolio demonstrating personal contributions, user journeys, and design choices.

• Proficient in Figma, with hands-on experience in creating interactive prototypes and developing or modifying reusable components and design systems.

• Familiarity with incorporating user feedback or usability testing to enhance designs.

• Experience collaborating with developers to create responsive and accessible interfaces.

• Key competencies include: Product design, UI/UX design, Figma, user journeys, prototyping, design systems, and usability testing.

• Preferred: Experience in designing enterprise applications, analytics dashboards, or other data-intensive products.

• Preferred: Previous frontend development experience or practical knowledge of HTML/CSS.
