Senior UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Create user interfaces for casino, sportsbook, PvP games, and live experiences.

• Take ownership of and enhance Duel's design system, ensuring consistency while avoiding sterility.

• Convert product requirements into intuitive, speedy, and visually unique experiences.

• Work closely with developers to confirm that the final products align with the designs.

• Develop promotional and marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.

• Analyze player behavior and data to optimize successful strategies and discard ineffective ones.

• Work efficiently in iterative release cycles while maintaining high quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or UI/UX design, preferably within gaming, gambling, or entertainment sectors.

• A portfolio that demonstrates a variety of work, speed, and a unique design perspective; no template designs.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Experience in designing for interactive, high-engagement products.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with engineers, rather than merely handing off specifications.

• Strong viewpoints on design quality; willing to advocate for them and open to being challenged.

• Self-motivated; capable of making decisions independently without needing a brief for every choice.
