Senior Treasury Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Propel Treasury Management revenue with a specific emphasis on payables solutions.

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury Management Officers, Product teams, and external fintech partners.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize B2B and B2C payouts.

• Act as a consultative expert regarding Accounts Payable workflows, ERP integrations, and trends in the payment industry.

• Maintain visibility of the sales pipeline and drive opportunities to closure.

• Conduct Business Process Reviews for clients, focusing on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations.

• Offer guidance on the digitization of payables and the transition from paper-based to electronic channels.

• Analyze and communicate the effects on operational efficiency, working capital, liquidity, and reporting.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and work with Product partners on development roadmaps.

• Facilitate intricate business and solution discussions.

• Represent Fifth Third in client presentations, industry forums, and strategic discussions on payments.

• Lead both internal and external educational sessions centered on Payables solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in Treasury Management, Payments, Fintech, or ERP-related fields.

• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable processes within mid-market or large corporate settings.

• Strong technical expertise in integrating banking solutions with ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Knowledge of APIs, host-to-host connectivity, file-based integrations such as EDI, XML, and CSV, along with data transformation/mapping.

• Capacity to engage in technical and operational discussions with Treasury, IT, and Finance stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating with or alongside fintech platforms is preferred.

• Demonstrated consultative selling skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Capability to work effectively with teammates, partners, and clients.

• Must reside in CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, WA, or ID and be able to accommodate Pacific Standard Time working hours.
