Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Delivery Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Delivery Team Lead

• Provide support for Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle SaaS/Fusion HCM initiatives

• Direct delivery efforts across various projects

• Collaborate on Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, iRecruitment, ORC, OLM, OTL, and Talent Management

• Conduct or assist with Oracle EBS Health Checks, upgrades, and implementation projects

• Operate in a fully remote/offshore capacity for a 12-month contract

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in the field

• Proficient in Oracle EBS HCM and Oracle SaaS/Fusion HCM

• Fluent in professional English (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

• Expertise in Core HR and Payroll

• Familiarity with Self-Service

• Experience in Performance Management

• Background in iRecruitment and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)

• Competence in Oracle Learning Management (OLM)

• Proficiency in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)

• Skills in Talent Management

• Preferred experience in team leadership and delivery management

• Preferred experience with Oracle EBS Health Checks

• Preferred experience with EBS upgrades and implementation projects
