Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Locate and verify travel bookings for clients

• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently deliver customer guidance

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations

• Provide insights on industry matters including low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Assess operational processes and commercial relationships with clients, proposing enhancements

• Maintain, convey, and broaden knowledge of supported travel sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Travel Agent

• Solid understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Flexibility in work schedules, including potential day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Must reside in the United States
