📋 Description

• Search for and verify travel arrangements for clients.

• Comprehend client travel policies and offer travel guidance.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulatory matters.

• Provide market insights such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational workflows and business partnerships, recommending enhancements.

• Keep, share, and broaden knowledge of the travel industries served.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and processes.

• Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements.

• Eligibility to work in the United States or Canada.
