Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct searches and confirm travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel policies.

• Address requests related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other essential regulations.

• Provide information about the industry, including low fare options, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational processes and commercial partnerships, offering suggestions for enhancements.

• Continuously maintain, share, and broaden knowledge of the supported travel sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Solid understanding of the travel industry's policies, procedures, and operations.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to adapt to various work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business requirements.
