This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Search for and verify travel bookings for clients
• Advise clients in accordance with their travel policies
• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
• Share information on budget-friendly fares, exchange fees, and penalties
• Evaluate operational procedures and commercial partnerships, providing suggestions for enhancements
• Maintain, communicate, and broaden understanding of the supported travel sectors
• Significant experience as an international travel agent
• Proficiency in GDS Sabre
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes
• Willingness to adapt to various work schedules, including potential day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Availability to work Monday through Friday until 8 PM Eastern Time
• Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada
