Senior Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and verify travel bookings for clients.

• Advise customers in accordance with client travel guidelines.

• Address inquiries related to DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations.

• Share industry insights such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties.

• Evaluate operational procedures and business relationships, providing suggestions for enhancements.

• Continuously update and broaden knowledge of the travel sectors supported.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience as a Travel Agent.

• Proficient understanding of the travel sector, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Advanced proficiency in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare-related accounts is highly desirable.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
