Senior Travel Consultant

📋 Description

• Search for and finalize travel bookings for clients

• Comprehend client travel policies and consistently offer expert consultation

• Address inquiries related to regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas

• Share industry insights, such as low fares, exchange fees, and penalties

• Evaluate operational procedures and client relationships, recommending enhancements

• Keep abreast of and enhance knowledge regarding supported travel sectors

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a travel agent

• Proficiency in GDS Sabre

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong understanding of the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes

• Willingness to adapt to various work schedules including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business needs
