Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the effectiveness of training data and performance metrics to pinpoint areas for ongoing enhancement.

• Create and manage learning dashboards, KPIs, and success metrics that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze business processes, identify employee skill gaps, and observe operational trends to suggest learning solutions.

• Utilize continuous improvement strategies to refine training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.

• Oversee corrective and preventive measures concerning training efficacy and competency enhancement.

• Promote standardization and best practices in Global Project Management training endeavors.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral changes, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Suggest enhancements based on training performance data and the needs of the organization.

• Act as a training functional advisor on process excellence and/or functional projects that influence Global Project Management.

• Develop, organize, produce, deliver, and maintain onboarding training programs and materials, including backup coverage as necessary.

• Develop, organize, produce, deliver, and maintain training programs and materials for change management strategic initiatives, including backup coverage as required.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a Labcorp CLS functional team.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development projects.

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent project management training.

• Certification in Change Management.

• Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS).

• Educational background in training and coaching (Remote and Adult Learning).

• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
