Senior Trainer – Continuous Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assess data on training effectiveness and performance metrics to discover opportunities for ongoing enhancement.

• Create and sustain learning dashboards, KPIs, and success indicators that align with organizational objectives.

• Analyze business operations, identify employee capability gaps, and observe trends to propose learning interventions.

• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to refine training programs, workflows, and knowledge management practices.

• Oversee corrective and preventive measures related to training effectiveness and competency development.

• Promote standardization and best practices across Global Project Management training efforts.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of learning programs through learner feedback, knowledge assessments, behavioral adoption, operational metrics, and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Suggest enhancements based on training performance data and the needs of the organization.

• Act as a training functional advisor on process excellence or functional projects that affect Global Project Management.

• Design, organize, produce, deliver, and maintain onboarding training plans and materials, providing backup coverage as necessary.

• Design, organize, produce, deliver, and maintain training plans and materials for strategic project change management, ensuring backup coverage as required.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience on a Labcorp CLS functional team.

• At least 3 years of experience in supporting business process improvement, change management, or organizational development initiatives.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement is preferred.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.

• PMP, CAPM, or project management training is required.

• Certification in Change Management is desirable.

• Experience in managing learning management systems (LMS) is necessary.

• Education in training and coaching (Remote and Adult Learning) is important.
