Senior Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide advanced, specialized, and large-scale training programs for internal personnel, clients, business partners, leadership groups, and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, webinar-based, and blended learning initiatives employing adult learning principles and engagement tactics.

• Spearhead training initiatives for intricate projects, organizational changes, system implementations, and critical business objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), business analysts, and instructional designers to assess learning needs and propose training solutions.

• Assist in designing and facilitating tailored workshops, learning events, and performance support strategies.

• Create and maintain presentations, facilitator manuals, participant materials, job aids, exercises, and associated resources.

• Contribute to enterprise and account-level learning curricula, training roadmaps, and annual training strategies.

• Conduct training needs assessments and suggest learning and performance solutions.

• Analyze training evaluation feedback, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

• Work in conjunction with instructional design and learning technology teams to ensure that learning solutions are engaging, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

• Oversee multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

• Suggest improvements to training programs, delivery methods, tools, and learner experiences.

• Influence learning strategy, training effectiveness, and workforce performance across engagements.

• Act as an escalation point for trainers regarding content gaps, system challenges, and learner issues.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and audience engagement abilities in both virtual and instructor-led settings.

• Experience in delivering training to diverse learner demographics, including senior executives, technical experts, operational teams, and external clients.

• Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and best practices in training development.

• Experience in conducting training needs assessments and measuring learning effectiveness.

• Strong skills in technical writing, editing, proofreading, and content creation.

• Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

• Proven ability to work independently while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Demonstrated capacity to adapt to shifting business requirements and evolving organizational priorities.

• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment requiring partnerships across business, operations, technology, and learning teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative abilities.

• Availability to work an assigned eight (8) hour shift between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

• Capability to work from a secure, distraction-free remote setting with reliable high-speed internet.

• A bachelor's degree in training, adult learning, education, organizational development, instructional design, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in training delivery, facilitation, adult learning, or learning and development.

• Experience in supporting healthcare, government programs, operations, customer service, technology, or related sectors is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, is required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorships are not available.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
