📋 Description

• Assist in the mentorship and evaluation of global security teams, covering a range of cybersecurity skills from basic to advanced levels.

• Conduct research and incorporate candidate agentic capabilities into testing environments.

• Provide consultation to clients on the integration of agentic capabilities within cybersecurity organizations.

• Identify, integrate, and test AI capabilities prior to their deployment.

• Review publications and standards related to AI and cybersecurity operations.

• Guide global clients and international organizations in advanced threat-hunting strategies and tactics.

• Establish parsing rules, create dashboards, and fine-tune enterprise security tools within the cyber range platform.

• Collaborate with range operations to develop toolsets and scenarios that simulate real-world threat-defense situations.

• Forge consensus and drive outcomes amidst competing organizational demands.

• Lead projects while mentoring team members.

• Collaborate across a geographically dispersed organization.

• Assist in customer security team assessments and events, with travel requirements estimated at 25–30%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in AI/ML engineering, including hands-on application and experimentation with AI agents and LLM APIs.

• In-depth knowledge of AI agents, emphasizing the orchestration of agent decision loops, tool access frameworks, and memory systems for proactive security operations and threat hunting.

• Practical experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

• Advanced skills in Python and standard data science/AI libraries.

• Strong scripting abilities for data manipulation using Pandas and NumPy.

• Familiarity with Hugging Face.

• Knowledge of Ollama and vLLM for executing local, privacy-conscious LLMs.

• Over 6 years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, Offensive Security/Red Team, or Cyber Threat Intelligence.

• Experience in analyzing host, network, and application telemetry for attack indicators throughout the cyber kill chain.

• Proficient with large datasets and log analysis tools, including Splunk, Elastic, Python, Pandas, SQL, Hadoop, and Hue.

• Capability to apply Cyber Threat Intelligence through enrichment, correlation, and attribution.

• Experience in setting up and troubleshooting security stacks.

• Understanding of offensive security strategies and assessment methodologies.

• Ability to articulate threat hunt objectives to both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate associated risks.

• Hands-on experience in demonstrating threat hunting for indicators of compromise using enterprise-scale EDR and SIEM tools, such as Splunk, Elastic, and CrowdStrike.

• Previous involvement in digital forensics or incident response during significant security incidents.

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to assist others in improving and building the team.

• Capacity to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States upon hire.
