This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote designated indications of BMS products within a specified territory to achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives in a compliant manner.
• Generate demand for BMS medications by delivering a balanced clinical and scientific rationale for suitable patients.
• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account strategies.
• Utilize CE^3 to extract insights and adapt call plans dynamically.
• Present approved scientific information to healthcare professionals and conduct in-office presentations such as lunch-and-learns.
• Organize external speaker events, including selection of speakers, scheduling, and logistics.
• Keep abreast of emerging data for approved indications.
• Engage Medical on Call for unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.
• Collaborate with other field teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Collect and communicate customer insights internally with relevant stakeholders.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and BMS policies.
• Advanced scientific degree and/or over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales, as a healthcare sales representative, MSL, HCP, or nurse.
• Capability to convey scientific or clinical information accurately and persuasively to physicians.
• Proven experience in establishing and maintaining credibility with key customers, office personnel, and customer influence networks.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong skills in account management and superior selling abilities.
• Demonstrated sales performance history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work efficiently across functions.
• Excellent selling and promotional skills with a solid performance history.
• Capacity to drive business outcomes and comprehend business and market dynamics.
• Experience in identifying, engaging, and fostering customer credibility throughout the patient care journey.
• Knowledge of the patient journey and a patient-centered mindset.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data.
• Strong willingness to learn and a passion for science.
• Proficiency in analyzing prescribing trends, market developments, HCP preferences, and clinical data.
• Ability to segment HCPs and customize communication and product presentations accordingly.
• Proficient in utilizing CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.
• Competent in using CE^3 and CRM tools for compliant data management and engagement planning.
• Familiarity with Medical on Call technology, the internet, and online resources.
• Strong business acumen, integrity, and judgment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence.
