This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Drive demand for BMS medicines within the designated oncology portfolio for suitable patients.

• Engage healthcare providers through unique customer experiences and scientific discussions that align with product labeling.

• Establish and uphold credibility with regional thought leaders, community physicians, healthcare professionals (HCPs), office staff, and patient-care stakeholders.

• Coordinate with other BMS functions to enhance the customer experience.

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within the assigned territory and meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to compliance.

• Clearly articulate the clinical and scientific justification for product use in appropriate patient populations.

• Maintain and enhance scientific knowledge in assigned products and therapeutic areas.

• Prepare and execute comprehensive territory and account plans.

• Utilize CE^3 to extract insights and dynamically adjust call plans.

• Conduct in-office presentations and share product-related scientific information with HCPs.

• Organize external speaker programs, including selection, scheduling, and logistical arrangements.

• Stay updated on emerging data for approved indications.

• Use Medical on Call to respond to unsolicited inquiries and complex technical questions.

• Collaborate with other field teams.

• Collect and share customer insights internally.

• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and BMS policies.

• Spend 100% of time in the field engaging with external customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree and/or over 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors as a healthcare sales representative, MSL, HCP, or nurse.

• Ability to convey scientific or clinical data accurately and persuasively to physicians.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining credibility with key customers, office staff, and customer influence networks.

• Experience in Hematology/Oncology is essential.

• Strong account management capabilities.

• Exceptional selling skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.

• Strong promotional abilities with a history of successful performance.

• Ability to drive business outcomes.

• Experience in identifying, engaging, and establishing credibility with customers throughout the patient care continuum.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and account management abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for scientific and clinical data.

• Capacity to analyze prescribing patterns, market trends, HCP preferences, clinical data, and product information.

• Ability to segment HCPs based on their preferences and relevant factors.

• Proficient in utilizing CE^3 for insights and dynamic call planning.

• Competency in using CE^3 and other software or CRM tools.

• Ability to effectively use Medical on Call technology.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to develop, implement, and modify business plans.

• High learning agility.

• High integrity and sound judgment.

• Must be at least 21 years old to operate the company-provided vehicle.

• Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing issued by the state of residence.

• Must meet the Company's acceptable driving risk level and Qualified Driver criteria.
