Senior Test Automation Engineer – Healthcare/Medical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and sustain scalable end-to-end test automation strategies.

• Establish and uphold test automation frameworks.

• Create and enhance CI/CD quality gates and automated validation pipelines.

• Conduct stress, load, and performance testing activities.

• Work in tandem with developers, architects, and QA engineers to enhance product quality and reliability.

• Introduce and utilize AI-assisted testing and automation techniques where suitable.

• Evaluate test outcomes, pinpoint bottlenecks, and promote continuous quality enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in test automation engineering.

• Proficient in unit, integration, system, UI, performance, and stress testing.

• Strong programming capabilities in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.

• Hands-on experience with Playwright and Cypress.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing tools.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

• Practical experience with GitLab CI or comparable CI/CD platforms.

• Solid understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and best practices in automation.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Knowledge of Java or C# is an advantage.

• Experience with Ranorex is beneficial.

• Background in penetration testing is a plus.

• Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.

• Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
