Senior Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the Quality Assurance strategy for the new Fixed-Income Platform's greenfield development.

• Oversee the test lifecycle utilizing the Zephyr platform integrated with Jira.

• Create and advance test automation frameworks for REST APIs and web interfaces.

• Employ Generative AI methods to automate testing scenarios, intelligently create test data, and execute tests.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to verify product configurations and Fixed-Income integrations with Core Banking systems such as Matera, Autbank, or similar platforms.

• Serve as the quality champion during Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Track quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and regression rates.

• Partner with development and product teams to uphold the integrity of acceptance criteria and ensure resilient integrations with Core Banking systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise with Zephyr for Jira or similar tools for mapping test cases, ensuring traceability, and executing tests.

• Documented experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, and Postman/Newman.

• Familiarity with AI tools and components like Gemini and Claude for automation in testing and test data generation.

• Understanding of the financial services sector and Fixed-Income products, including CDB, RDB, LCI/LCA, and LF, along with banking operational workflows.

• Experience in conducting performance and load tests using JMeter, K6, or Gatling.

• Knowledge of security testing practices, OWASP standards, and vulnerability analysis.

• Strong background in testing RESTful APIs, JSON, microservices, and event-driven architectures like Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Functional knowledge of Core Banking platforms such as Matera, Autbank, or similar systems is preferred.

• Experience in performance and stress testing, including basic security validation of platform components and integrations is preferred.

• Acute attention to detail and technical precision.

• Eagerness to mentor colleagues, share insights, and contribute to the development of the QA team.

• Enthusiasm for new technologies, AI advancements, and automation practices.

• Proactive in addressing challenging requirements, pinpointing operational risks, and suggesting continuous enhancements.

• Ability to communicate defects effectively, negotiate timelines, and articulate technical risks to developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
