This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Promote Biogen Neurology products to essential stakeholders within the Multiple Sclerosis community, such as Neurologists, allied health professionals, and local MS organizations.
• Create and implement sales strategies for the designated territory.
• Communicate intricate clinical and reimbursement details to clients and key stakeholders concerning Biogen offerings.
• Leverage interpersonal skills and targeted questioning to identify and meet customers’ educational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure that customers are well-informed about the available Biogen support services.
• Operate within the state of Arizona.
• Travel overnight as required.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, specialty, hospital, and/or biotech sales is required.
• Demonstrated history of success, including consistent high rankings (Top 30%) for over 3 years and/or achievement awards.
• Proven capability to achieve results in a challenging and unclear market environment.
• Experience in launch, business development, and co-promotion is advantageous.
• A determined and innovative thinker who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
• Customer and patient-focused, with the ability to identify challenges and strategically pursue results with minimal guidance in ambiguous situations.
• Must possess the desire and skills to help reach new levels of success.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that complies with Biogen policy.
• Residency within the assigned territory is required.
• Openness to overnight travel of up to 30%.
