
Senior Technology Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology vendors, from their evaluation and onboarding to renewal or termination.
• Keep a centralized inventory of technology vendors, including ownership assignments, contracts, key milestones, and governance records.
• Coordinate contract reviews, renewals, approvals, and vendor governance activities across various stakeholder groups.
• Facilitate vendor reviews and business discussions, ensuring stakeholder engagement and tracking commitments to completion.
• Assist with vendor evaluations, competitive assessments, sourcing initiatives, and market analysis.
• Maintain insight into vendor performance, spending, contract obligations, risks, and upcoming renewals.
• Establish reporting and governance processes that enhance accountability, transparency, and decision-making.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external vendor partners.
• Execute additional duties as necessary.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in vendor management, vendor governance, procurement operations, contract management, PMO, business operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing vendor portfolios and coordinating stakeholders across diverse business functions.
• Strong grasp of vendor lifecycle management, contract administration, procurement processes, and governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with legal, sourcing, finance, business, and technology teams.
• Experience handling complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational and follow-through capabilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to present information to senior leaders and executives.
• Experience in developing operational processes, reporting, and governance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in managing enterprise software, infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, gaming, hospitality, retail, or other technology vendors.
• Experience supporting organizations in heavily regulated industries.
• Familiarity with conducting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and competitive market assessments.
• Knowledge of Coupa, Ariba, SAP, ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
• PMP, CPSM, ITIL, or other related professional certifications.
