• Translate intricate business challenges into clear designs, actionable trade-offs, and implementable plans.

• Conduct code reviews and design assessments with a keen sense of correctness, scalability, maintainability, and overall product impact.

• Develop straightforward and robust engineering patterns that enable teams to operate more efficiently with confidence.

• Effectively coordinate AI agents to enhance engineering productivity.
