Senior Technical Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical implementation of Bamboo Health's HL7 product offerings for healthcare organizations.

• Develop and execute test plans, analyze message structures and data quality, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Engineering and external partners throughout the production launch.

• Act as a subject matter expert on specifications for various customer segments.

• Ensure that technical and business requirements are fulfilled during integration processes.

• Build and maintain expertise on Bamboo Health products.

• Serve as the Technical Account Manager for designated Tier 1 accounts.

• Provide continuous oversight of complex integrations and proactively communicate technical risks.

• Address integration issues and manage high-priority customer escalations.

• Collaborate with data sources and internal teams to uphold HL7 mappings, implement configuration changes, and ensure consistent connectivity and data exchange.

• Identify implementation risks, process deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Utilize SQL-based data analysis to determine root causes and guide stakeholders towards resolution.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to expedite documentation, status reporting, task routing, summarization, and data parsing.

• Manage intricate implementation projects from initiation to delivery.

• Contribute to quality initiatives within Technical Services and track as well as report on performance and data-quality metrics.

• Foster enhancements in data quality, efficiency, scalability, and standardization across Technical HL7 Services.

• Collaborate across functions with Engineering, Growth, Account Management, Implementation, Product, and Support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in independently managing healthcare projects with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated expertise with HL7 standards and specifications.

• Experience with integration engines such as Mirth is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to cultivate effective relationships and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote setting.

• Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for analyzing large datasets.

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

• Familiarity with Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence.

• Proficiency with Salesforce products is a plus.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Comfort with or willingness to learn AI-supported tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot.

• A forward-thinking, inquisitive mindset with a willingness to experiment with new technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments.

• Ability to work efficiently in a remote-first setting.
