Project Manager – Digital Banking Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate, mid-to-large-scale digital transformation initiatives from inception through to implementation and closure.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

• Propel the execution of initiatives targeting digital channels, such as mobile applications, online banking platforms, and enhancements to customer experience.

• Facilitate project governance, decision-making processes, and prioritization activities.

• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operational teams to ensure project results align with strategic goals.

• Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies, best practices, and compliance standards.

• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, issues, and overall program health.

• Lead Agile ceremonies and support Scrum-based delivery teams.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated sectors.

• Practical experience with Digital Banking Platforms.

• Practical experience with Mobile Applications.

• Practical experience with Online Banking Solutions.

• Practical experience with Customer Experience (CX) Transformation.

• Practical experience with Enterprise Technology Modernization Programs.

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, directing large-scale enterprise initiatives.

• Strong background in managing digital transformation programs.

• Established experience in Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Experience overseeing complex technology and business projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.

• Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management.

• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
