📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of software development and systems integration projects, ensuring effective tracking of scope, schedules, deadlines, quality, and delivery milestones.

• Coordinate the daily operations of diverse Development, QA, UX/UI, and Architecture teams utilizing Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Act as the main liaison between technical teams, Product Owners, business executives, and Operations teams.

• Manage changes in scope, technical dependencies, risks, and any obstacles that arise.

• Assist in resolving issues related to integrations with SAP, legacy systems, and various technology environments.

• Develop and present executive status reports, performance metrics, and project tracking dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.

• Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager, especially in software development projects and intricate integrations.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and project management principles (PMBOK/PMI).

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), microservices, cloud architecture, and integrations with enterprise ERP systems like SAP.

• Expertise in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

• Experience with Power BI or similar tools for creating dashboards and management reports.

• Preferred: Background in global corporate settings and projects that involve governance and international timelines.

• Preferred: Experience with projects related to B2B/D2C digital platforms, APIs, cloud, and microservices.
