This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the development of solutions that convert business ideas and product concepts into software applications.
• Collect requirements and convert them into testable criteria at team, program, and enterprise levels.
• Concentrate on the processing and auditing of Pharmacy claims.
• Create innovative solutions to enhance billing accuracy and offer real-time recommendations to pharmacists and patients.
• Rapidly comprehend requirements and formulate specifications for new products.
• Assist in the integration of products across multiple offerings.
• Facilitate interviews and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to achieve program goals and vision.
• Generate and upkeep Features and User Stories in partnership with Product, Business, and development teams.
• Refine and organize the program backlog.
• Prioritize and sustain the team backlog.
• Accept completed specifications or user stories at the conclusion of each iteration/sprint.
• Mentor other onshore or offshore Technical Product Owners.
• Collaborate across various teams and value streams.
• Lead discussions and strategize roadmaps for large projects alongside the Architecture team.
• Fulfill annual performance plan duties and assigned special projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with substantial experience in Pharmacy (Medical Bill Review; Group Health or P&C Medical).
• 10 years of experience in business.
• Over 7 years’ experience in different facets of Pharmacy operations, including both store and corporate operations.
• Proficiency in systems modeling, user interface design, prototyping, decision trees, or data flow tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, and similar analysis, documentation, and presentation tools.
• Exceptional verbal, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong writing skills with the capacity to convey functional details accurately and precisely.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, logical, and analytical abilities.
• Quick adaptability to the healthcare domain.
• Capability to mentor onshore or offshore Technical Product Owners.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Access to high-speed internet connectivity and maintenance of an office setup.
