Senior Technical Integration Consultant, Oracle HCM Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.

• Act as the main technical resource for one or more interface workstreams, such as Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, and Core HR.

• Create comprehensive technical design documentation.

• Configure integration tools, including OIC, HDL, and HCM Extracts.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

• Lead the resolution of technical defects during SIT/UAT phases.

• Align functional requirements with interface specifications, ensuring end-to-end traceability.

• Deliver support for government and public sector clients within a regulated, client-facing setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between five to seven years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical/integration roles.

• Experience with multiple full-lifecycle implementations; prior government or public sector background is preferred.

• Strong hands-on expertise with OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP web services.

• Proven experience in managing integration technical design documentation and mapping functional requirements to interface specifications with comprehensive traceability.

• Skilled in Fast Formulas and BI Publisher/OTBI-based data extracts.

• Capable of independently diagnosing and resolving complex technical defects during SIT and UAT.

• Familiarity with integration security protocols, including OAuth, SSL/TLS, and certificates.

• Knowledge of SFTP and file transfer protocols.

• Ability to mentor junior consultants/analysts and effectively communicate technical concepts to functional stakeholders and clients.

• Strong consulting capabilities.

• Experience in government contracting.

• Competence in supporting delivery within a regulated, client-facing environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Required to obtain and maintain the necessary government security clearance.
