Senior Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design and execute customer solutions in Brazil.

• Partner with Salesforce customer account teams to guarantee customer success with the platform.

• Serve as a Trusted Advisor and subject matter expert for clients.

• Assist customers and partners throughout implementation projects by utilizing Salesforce best practices.

• Provide billable technical consulting and advisory services, which include workshops, design and code reviews, architecture sessions, training, development, integrations, optimizations, and support for technical queries.

• Evaluate business and technology needs and convert them into technical solutions.

• Organize, plan, and lead project teams involving customers and partners.

• Continuously enhance knowledge in Salesforce Industries Platform Cloud and associated technologies.

• Contribute to thought leadership and disseminate knowledge within the Salesforce community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Consulting or Professional Services Delivery role.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English at an intermediate level.

• Technical expertise in relevant technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration techniques.

• Preferred experience with the Salesforce Platform.

• Experience in Professional Services or consulting within customer-facing environments is preferred.

• Prior experience in Application Development is a plus.

• Experience with Agile project methodologies is a plus.
