This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.
• Manage intricate customer interactions from initial discovery through implementation, training, and continuous enhancement.
• Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint friction points, and design scalable future-state solutions using ClickUp.
• Assist customers in navigating governance, architecture, process design, and rollout planning across various teams or business units.
• Aid customers in regaining momentum when implementations face obstacles, priorities change, or stakeholder alignment falters.
• Establish success criteria, adoption milestones, and actionable next steps with customer stakeholders.
• Convert customer objectives into actionable plans that enhance adoption, stakeholder involvement, and long-term platform value.
• Utilize usage analytics, customer insights, and business context to identify risks and formulate recovery or acceleration strategies.
• Provide support for strategic business reviews and customer discussions with insights on progress, opportunities, and priorities.
• Create ClickUp workflows, structures, automations, reporting mechanisms, and process enhancements.
• Spot practical automation and AI opportunities that enhance customer results.
• Combine solution design with training, change management, and support for adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer administrators, operators, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Support, and other internal teams.
• Escalate issues thoughtfully, communicate effectively, and maintain ownership across teams.
• Relay customer feedback and recurring challenges to internal teams to enhance product usage, delivery methods, and customer outcomes.
• Experience in a customer-facing post-sale position such as Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex SaaS implementations, customer transformations, or strategic enablement programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong instincts in workflow and process design, with the ability to translate vague business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Exceptional customer communication abilities, with confidence in engaging both hands-on operators and executive stakeholders.
• Strong judgment in uncertain environments, with the ability to prioritize, simplify complexities, and maintain momentum during transitions.
• A distinct ownership mentality and a proven track record of achieving results rather than operating in a reactive manner.
• Familiarity with work management, workflow automation, collaboration, CRM, ITSM, or related SaaS platforms.
• Comfort in recommending or implementing automation, reporting, and AI-driven workflow enhancements.
• Experience in managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships where adoption, governance, and value realization were as important as configuration.
• Exposure to change management, customer enablement, or consulting-style discovery and solution development.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Position is approved for hiring in Ireland.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for roles outside of engineering and product.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where they are based.
