This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, revise, and sustain technical, operational, and analytical documentation, including SOPs, process documentation, and reference materials that support CCPI analytics operations.

• Prepare, edit, and conduct quality reviews of Progress Reports, the Project Management Plan (PMP), and other essential contract deliverables before they are submitted to the Government.

• Assist in documenting business requirements, analytical rules, and data mapping in partnership with data analysts, engineers, and Government stakeholders.

• Produce and refine lessons-learned, knowledge transfer, and pilot transition documentation that facilitates CCPI pilot operationalization and maturity.

• Evaluate and edit deliverables and work products across cloud/platform operations, data analytics and reporting, data architecture, and delivery coordination to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with Government standards.

• Aid in the creation of kickoff meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and other coordination materials for regular stakeholder interactions.

• Establish and uphold documentation standards, templates, and stylistic consistency across CCPI deliverables.

• Collaborate with the Program Manager and technical staff to guarantee that deliverables meet Government quality and timeliness expectations as outlined in the QASP.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 8 years of experience in technical writing, editing, or documentation development, ideally in support of federal or healthcare-related programs.

• Proven experience in producing and editing deliverables such as progress reports, SOPs, project management plans, or similar programmatic documentation.

• Excellent command of grammar, style, and technical accuracy across intricate subject matter.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.

• Proficient in articulating thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in both written and oral forms.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.

• Skilled in receiving feedback from clients and making changes swiftly and effectively.

• Quick to grasp complex issues.

• Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
