Senior Tech Lead Mobile App Developer – React Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Quickly familiarize yourself with Injective Labs' new trading application and keep it progressing.

• Take charge of the React Native app's architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, and full-stack engineering teams.

• Transform intricate trading functionalities into swift, user-friendly mobile experiences.

• Manage API design, integrations, and real-time data streams, including gRPC, SSE, and WebSockets.

• Develop complex, high-impact features using React Native and TypeScript, with many being built from the ground up.

• Establish and uphold engineering standards, patterns, and best practices.

• Lead mobile features from technical design and implementation through testing, as well as App Store and Google Play releases, monitoring, and iterative improvements.

• Identify and resolve complex production issues while enhancing app performance.

• Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience.

• Between 7 and 10 years of experience as a mobile developer.

• Proven experience in building and deploying production mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

• Current expertise in crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi, or a recent transition after a lengthy involvement in the crypto space.

• Professional proficiency in React Native, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Experience in developing production mobile applications related to crypto, blockchain, Web3, or DeFi.

• Familiarity with publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Experience in building fintech or trading applications is a plus.

• Experience in overseeing mobile application architecture and making technical decisions for production mobile applications is also a plus.
