Senior Talent Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete in-house recruitment process for all positions up to the Director level.

• Utilize AI-driven sourcing and screening tools along with an AI-integrated recruiting metrics dashboard.

• Contribute UK employment and HR generalist expertise to the People & Culture team.

• Assist the Global People Partner with UK employee relations, compliance, and policy issues.

• Collaborate with ELT-1 leaders on scope, organizational design, and the creation of job descriptions.

• Establish talent and recruitment strategies for backfills, new positions, and future organizational planning.

• Work alongside People Operations and recruiting support to meet hiring metrics.

• Employ AI-enabled chatbots and scheduling tools for coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on global transformation initiatives, including organizational restructuring and labor relations advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle, in-house recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles.

• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR generalist practices is essential.

• Experience in organizational design, particularly in developing job architecture and job descriptions.

• Practical experience in using AI-enabled recruiting and HR tools on a daily basis.

• Capability to manage offshore/onshore coordination for recruitment delivery.

• Based in the UK.

• Willingness to collaborate across borders with a Spain-based People Partner and the Global leadership team across different time zones.
