Senior Talent Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to identify workforce requirements and formulate strategic plans for talent attraction.

• Oversee the recruitment process, including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.

• Enhance the employer brand to draw in top talent.

• Conduct market research to analyze talent trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices.

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.

• Screen candidates utilizing competency-based questions and assessment tools.

• Advocate for diversity and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates.

• Employ data analytics and sourcing metrics to assess talent attraction strategies and enhance processes.

• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other vendors.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless sourcing operations.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and data privacy standards.

• Represent client organizations at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences.

• Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in talent attraction.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and support the Delivery Lead with coaching and guidance.

• Lead team huddles and act as the primary point of escalation for sourcing leadership.

• Assist with the onboarding and training of new team members.

• Identify process enhancements and propose innovative solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least two industries is required.

• Global sourcing experience in these industries is preferred.

• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), automation tools, and specialized sourcing methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies with business objectives.

• Strong collaboration skills to guide sourcing teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of industries, job markets, and talent trends.

• Effective project management skills.

• Proficiency in designing talent attraction solutions.

• Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics.

• Familiarity with labor laws in major markets, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements.

• Adaptability to evolving business needs, market conditions, and recruitment challenges.

• A mindset focused on continuous learning and improvement.
