Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles.

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.

• Evaluate candidates and manage the interview scheduling process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers regarding role specifications and hiring updates.

• Develop and sustain talent pools for critical positions.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.

• Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects and cross-border recruitment initiatives.

• Assist in enhancing recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

• Collaborate closely with an international talent acquisition team across North America, Europe, and Asia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• 3–5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in hiring for the semiconductor or electronic component manufacturing sector is advantageous.

• Excellent sourcing capabilities and knowledge of recruitment channels and social media.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday is a plus.

• Strong organizational and execution skills.

• A proactive sourcing approach.

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to work from the United States, preferably from NE, SD, AZ, TX, VT, or AP.
