Senior Systems Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance systems architecture, encompassing cloud, integrations, security, and performance.

• Establish development standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Collaborate closely with squads, aiding in technical decisions and solution evaluations.

• Convert business requirements into feasible technical solutions.

• Assess and choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and services.

• Identify technical risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

• Document architecture and facilitate alignment discussions with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a System Architect / Systems Architect in intricate environments.

• Proficient in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices / APIs.

• In-depth understanding of integration patterns, messaging, and scalable solution design.

• Strong software development experience (Java, .NET, Node.js, or a similar technology).

• Familiarity with security, observability, performance, and high availability concepts.

• Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and business teams.

• Willingness to work full-time as an independent contractor (PJ).

• Preferred: experience with event-driven architectures.

• Preferred: prior experience at digital product companies or large-scale organizations.

• Preferred: cloud or architecture certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, TOGAF).

• Preferred: familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
