Senior Systems Analyst, PL/SQL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and enhance PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and mitigate issues within database routines

• Develop and refine SQL queries, contributing to enhanced application performance

• Execute improvements and corrective maintenance for enterprise systems

• Assist in analyzing technical requirements and estimating effort for requested tasks

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, and business teams

• Create technical documentation and engage in code review processes

• Aid in solution acceptance testing, deployment, and production support activities

• Function as a PL/SQL Systems Analyst, focusing on software development, documentation preparation, report generation, production control management, and payment method creation

• Define system requirements and implement development solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience with Oracle PL/SQL

• Expertise in SQL, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and data manipulation

• Familiarity with procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views

• Experience in data modeling and integration

• Understanding of performance tuning, execution plans, and indexing

• Proficient with version control systems such as Git

• Capability to interpret requirements and work collaboratively

• Preferred: experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, or APEX

• Preferred: knowledge of ETL, APIs, and systems integration

• Preferred: experience in high-volume, mission-critical environments

• Preferred: understanding of Agile methodologies

• Preferred: experience in the financial services, insurance, retail, healthcare, or industrial sectors
