Senior System Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee system integration and validation processes for intricate products and technologies.

• Direct system and product integration efforts to enhance performance, functionality, and operational effectiveness.

• Manage system requirements, specifications, and the flow-down of requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

• Lead verification, validation, testing, and performance evaluation activities at the system level.

• Establish technical requirements for modules, components, suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners.

• Coordinate interfaces between engineering teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

• Conduct risk assessments, Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) evaluations, and make technical trade-off decisions.

• Oversee product configuration management and change control processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to convey project strategies and technical results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Have extensive experience in Systems Engineering, Product Integration, Validation & Verification, or similar engineering disciplines.

• Exhibit a strong understanding of system architecture, requirements management, and configuration management.

• Have a background in leading system-level testing and managing technical risks.

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Be an effective communicator capable of influencing stakeholders and collaborating across global teams.

• Have experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments and managing various priorities.

• Be well-versed in engineering tools, documentation standards, and project execution methodologies.
