Senior System Architect, Pega

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of Pega applications.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to Pega best practices and guidelines.

• Provide support for solution architecture, integration design, and quality assurance efforts.

• Mentor junior developers and assist delivery teams.

• Participate in the refinement of user stories and technical planning.

• Support financial services operations within a growing team framework.

• Assist customers in developing, delivering, and operationalizing digital transformation strategies.

• Collaborate with customers to comprehend business and technology challenges.

• Contribute to the design, execution, and management of business transformation programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• CSSA certification is required.

• Proven hands-on Pega experience at the Senior Developer SSA level.

• Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, integrations, and performance tools.

• Experience in guiding teams and supporting technical decision-making processes.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

• Capability to translate requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box Pega solutions.

• Candidates must qualify for SC clearance.

• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
