Senior System Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and improve the processes for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.

• Ensure that project specifications are clear and adhere to established standards.

• Act as the primary communication liaison with product stakeholders.

• Support feature prioritization and manage requests for changes.

• Function as a proxy product owner on behalf of stakeholders.

• Guarantee effective communication with the development team.

• Facilitate Scrum events to promote productive teamwork.

• Promptly address or escalate any blockers that arise.

• Develop and maintain essential project-related documentation.

• Illustrate developed solution workflows using diagrams.

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of a versatile asset tokenization platform featuring smart contract capabilities.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst position.

• A robust technical background with extensive experience in system analysis.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with data engineering teams.

• Familiarity with data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses.

• Practical experience in writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation purposes.

• Experience in analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing both business and system requirements.

• Strong grasp of Business Analysis practices, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High level of autonomy and proactivity in work.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the capability to effectively manage complex stakeholder relationships.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.

• Familiarity with blockchain projects is advantageous.

• Experience working within international, distributed teams is a plus.
