Senior Survey Programmer – ConfirmIT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of online survey creation and associated tasks: Conduct a thorough review of client materials and prepare inquiries promptly.

• Execute end-to-end high-quality programming on the ConfirmIT Professional Authoring platform.

• Capable of programming online survey elements like custom configurations using jQuery / HTML / CSS, implementing Conjoints, Max-diff, algorithmic designs, segmentation / typing tools, and image highlighters.

• Develop recommendations to ensure effective programming and optimal data presentation.

• Identify and apply innovative programming techniques and unconventional solutions to tackle programming challenges.

• Prepare surveys for fielding, create data templates, and manage field progress.

• Address inquiries from the data validation team in a timely fashion.

• Leverage past experiences to enhance process improvement, aiming to boost capabilities, efficiencies, skillsets, and competitive edge in the market.

• Anticipated to spend time reporting to and receiving information from their manager while committed to learning the latest technologies in the data collection sector.

• Expected to aid in training and mentoring junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on programming experience with ConfirmIT Professional Authoring.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA), or equivalent qualification.

• Outstanding ability to multitask and manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to think creatively.

• Familiarity with Decipher Market research experience, preferably with healthcare surveys.
