Senior Supply Chain Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and engage in sprint planning, change management, portfolio reviews, intake, and planning meetings.

• Create and oversee comprehensive business cases, encompassing scope inputs, requirements, and desired business outcomes.

• Collaborate with business sponsors, portfolio leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and progress towards project objectives.

• Facilitate change management and communication activities to support project execution.

• Leverage ERP systems, tools, and command media for effective project management and supply chain operations.

• Implement standard project management lifecycles to plan, execute, and track project advancement.

• Provide cross-functional leadership to align stakeholders and guarantee project success.

• Employ data-driven decision-making to pinpoint process enhancements and optimize project results.

• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement for efficient project delivery.

• Assist strategic initiatives across Supply Chain and Digital Technology teams to streamline processes, enhance internal customer satisfaction, and improve delivery performance and profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

• Generally requires a university degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.

• Proficient in core supply chain functions, encompassing procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and associated tools.

• Knowledge of standard project management lifecycles and methodologies.

• Experience in change management practices and methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with CORE methodologies and operations is preferred.

• Experience with advanced supply chain tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred.
